The Farm to Restaurant project highlights the relationship between chefs and New Mexico farmers, bringing together Santa Fe Alliance member restaurants and caterers that are committed to supporting regional farmers by purchasing their locally grown food. And, by supporting these fine food establishments, you too can participate in revitalizing and securing our local food economy.
Sponsored by edible Santa Fe magazine, the Santa Fe Farmers Market, La Montanita Co-op, Santa Fe School of Cooking and Santa Fe County, the collective goal is to forge stronger connections between the community and its basic need for essential nutrients, food security, delicious dining and celebrating the traditional food history and unique flavor of New Mexico.
